​The office meets with the client, understands the details and the type of the case, and then looks at the documents and supporting the case, and when it is likely to proceed with it, the office begins the settlement steps based on the client’s approval because it is an important stage in gaining time and effort.

 

Subsequently, the case is then registered with the judicial authority and the sessions specified for the case are attended and the case notes are submitted and pleaded.

 

In the event that the subject needs to submit an objection to the judgment and appeal the case, the case and the judgment issued in it shall be re-examined, and then the appeal and the resulting procedures and sessions that led to the final judgment in the cases shall be submitted. After that, if the client wishes to complete the stages of executing the judgment, his request is answered in a new stage of litigation at the execution court and other jurisdictions if necessary.
