The office communicates and meets with investors and familiarizes them with the idea of ​​an investment project that they intend to start in the Kingdom and provides them with an idea of ​​the requirements of the competent authority in terms of documents related to the establishment of the legal entity and its partners, shares, articles of incorporation and prosecution in the country of origin, and then ensure that investors can be submitted for all the investment requirements specified by the competent authority, such as the feasibility study, capital, manpower, Saudization plan, workers plan ... etc.

 

The office assists investors in providing some of these requirements based on the investors’ desires. After that, the office submits the investment application under an Official Delegation from the investors and completes all steps whether electronically or in person, if necessary, until the issuance of the investment license. The office also provides logistical support to attend and establish the invested money to start projects and provide legal and other services upon their request.
