The office sets corporate governance rules and regulations for work within the establishments by formulating and preparing regulations for organizing work in accordance with the provisions of the labor system and the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

The office also, through contracting with a specialized staff, provides procedures and rules for organizational structures, business development, finance, human resources, and quality in proportion to each establishment, as well as closed joint-stock companies that are on the way to transform into a public joint-stock in accordance with the financial settlement systems and the Saudi Companies Law and other related systems.
